Scientific name: Agrocybe aegerita (V. Brig.) Singer, also known as willow mushroom, willow pine mushroom, poplar mushroom. Yunnan is located in low-latitude plateau with obvious vertical climate difference — 'four seasons in one mountain, ten miles different sky.' Such climate provides suitable temperature, humidity and light conditions for tea fungus growth.
